My greatest thanks to the team for their understanding and patience in getting my software fully operational again. By the way this was all on an outdated version of the software. Wether you want to convert your DVD collection into a format your devices will play or convert your own video files together with an affordable price tag and as i previously said, backed up with amazing customer service. I should also mention that the software is easy to use and that i highly reccomend it. This is without doubt the best customer service i have ever had even though the issues were of my own making. Continuous assistance without fail for over a week with clear written instructions that even i was able to implement. The team at Wondershare have been absolutely phenomenal right from the get go. In simple terms i messed up my account and was unable to access my software. Well i believe the issue started with me (original pc idiot).
